Forest growth is excessive, near the boiler house, near the benches and the bushes smells like pee and dog owners do not listen to dog signs, otherwise it is cozy

Friendly people, dog friendly, bike friendly, kid friendly, bbq friendly and many many events happening throughout the year, like a monthly market, wine festivals etc
